There are a number of factors that create delays for US part requests when ordering them for German kits. Many of these are out of our control like shipping times between countries and challenges with the language.

Sometimes delays are created when we have received incomplete part request information and have to research which part the consumer is requesting.

As a consumer there is something you can do to speed up the process: enter as complete information as possible into your parts requests and consider ordering the part directly from the German website.
